Program Overview
The system we use is the latest in martial arts innovation. We combine all of the positive aspects of traditional martial arts such as character development and positive mental attitude, with a scientifically researched training system that delivers results.
Our adult program focuses on health, self-defense and personal success, all delivered through a energizing workout using proper exercise. Through their training adult students can expect to:

Anybody can do it
All ages and fitness levels are encouraged. Personal development, rather than sports competition is emphasized. Because of the relaxed nature of the movements and relative safety to the student, there are virtually no age restrictions. Our youngest students are 3 and our oldest students are over 80 years old!
